A one-hour discussion, with no commitment, to understand the problem and whether I am the right person. If I am not, I say so.

Objective, expected result, timeline and terms in writing before work starts. No open-ended retainer.

I work inside the programme, not as an outside consultant handing over a document. Coordination, dialogue with partners, progress you can verify.

The aim is that the programme continues without me. Documentation, relationships and capability stay with the organisation.
If the content is not public, the non-disclosure agreement comes before any technical detail — including when the concept comes from you. It covers both sides; whoever brings the material remains the owner of what they shared.
What it is not
The NDA is not the engagement. It creates no duty to collaborate and does not replace scope, timeline and terms.

Prototype of an automated station for collecting and returning bicycles in Milan’s parks, commissioned by Regione Lombardia. From scope to installation in a public setting: station, access and storage in one point.

A compact prefab house, 4 × 4 metres, with two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The flat roof is a walkable lawn that insulates in winter and cools in summer. Heating options: geothermal, rooftop solar, or biomass from wood waste. Transportable and installable within two days.
